Services We Provide:
PropertyUFlex assists former property owners and eligible claimants in identifying and submitting claims for surplus funds that may exist following a foreclosure sale.
Surplus funds are held by courts, trustees, or other authorized entities. PropertyUFlex does not hold client funds and does not guarantee recovery, as outcomes depend on third-party review and approval.
Fees:

Fee amounts are disclosed in writing prior to engagement. Clients are under no obligation to proceed.
No Legal Representation:
PropertyUFlex is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Clients may choose to consult an attorney or claim surplus funds independently through the appropriate court or agency.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary to assist with the claim process. Failure to do so may affect the outcome.
No Guarantees
Recovery of surplus funds is not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on the availability of funds and decisions made by courts, trustees, or other authorized administrators.
