When required by applicable procedures, notice may need to be provided to other potential claimants or interested parties. PropertyUFlex assists with coordinating required notices based on information provided and applicable rules.
All service and notice requirements are governed by the holding authority.
If a claim is approved, the holding authority executes the court order and disburses funds. Independent attorneys, when engaged, may assist with required legal steps.
