About Us
PropertyUFlex is a registered trade name (DBA) of Lamar 3000, LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Georgia.
We assist former property owners and eligible claimants with identifying and submitting claims for surplus funds that may exist following a foreclosure sale.
In certain foreclosure situations, a property may sell for more than the total amount owed. When this happens, the remaining balance—often referred to as surplus funds or excess funds—may belong to the former owner or other entitled parties.
These funds are typically held by courts, trustees, or other authorized administrators until properly claimed.
PropertyUFlex helps individuals:
Review publicly available foreclosure and court records
Determine whether surplus funds may exist
Prepare and submit required documentation when requested
PropertyUFlex coordinates administrative assistance and, when required, works with independent attorneys to support surplus fund claims. PropertyUFlex itself is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
We do not hold client funds, and we do not control approval decisions. All claims are reviewed and approved by third-party authorities, such as courts or trustees.
Engaging PropertyUFlex is optional. Individuals may choose to pursue surplus funds independently through the appropriate court or agency, or consult an attorney of their choosing.
We aim to provide clarity, organization, and administrative assistance for those who prefer help navigating the process.
PropertyUFlex operates on a contingency-fee basis. Clients are charged a fee only if surplus funds are successfully recovered and disbursed by the holding authority.
Fee terms are disclosed in writing prior to engagement, and there is no obligation to proceed.
If PropertyUFlex contacts you, it is based on a review of publicly available records indicating a possible surplus fund associated with a property, estate, or business. You are under no obligation to respond or engage, and we encourage independent verification before making any decision.
Our team has a proven track record of successfully locating and recovering surplus funds from foreclosures.
Our in-depth understanding of state regulations ensures that your claim is handled correctly, maximizing your chances of success.
