Review publicly available foreclosure and court records
Determine whether surplus funds may exist
Prepare and submit required documentation when requested
PropertyUFlex coordinates administrative assistance and, when required, works with independent attorneys to support surplus fund claims. PropertyUFlex itself is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
We do not hold client funds, and we do not control approval decisions. All claims are reviewed and approved by third-party authorities, such as courts or trustees.

PropertyUFlex operates on a contingency-fee basis. Clients are charged a fee only if surplus funds are successfully recovered and disbursed by the holding authority.
Fee terms are disclosed in writing prior to engagement, and there is no obligation to proceed.
